Laura is working on a PhD in History, specializing in the nineteenth-century British empire. She’s a vegetarian whose cooking style relies on flexibility. She’s also really into chili peppers, farmers markets and the idea of dessert at all times.
Elizabeth is also working on a PhD in History, specializing in early nineteenth-century French Romanticism. She too is a vegetarian, and cooks in an ad-hoc manner: throwing available ingredients together with various sauce and spice combinations to see what happens. Hopefully what happens is deliciousness.
